Researchers and leaders from 11 FAQT universities, State of Florida officials, and industry leaders came together to lay out a plan for making Florida a leading hub for quantum technology.

The Florida Quantum Summit, held April 17 at the Reitz Union at the University of Florida (UF), successfully brought together state government representatives, academics, and industry specialists to explore the coming post-quantum landscape while exploring cutting-edge research in the area of quantum engineering.

Representatives from FAQT, leaders and researchers from the University of Florida, and State of Florida officials met on July 15 to align these groups’ vision for the future of quantum technologies in Florida.
